Hey there. I think I lost it from a combination of being dead hair and from it being too small. I've lost two now. They were too small and weak. I hope I don't lose any more :-)
Well, technically, all hair is dead hair... only your hair follicles are 'alive. So what do you mean, excatly, by dead? I don't think i've lost a lock yet... maybe when they get longer, if they get caught on a pursestrap or something, they may get ripepd out... *Sigh*
I meant mainly broken hairs. The lock was hanging on to the scalp by a sliver. I've lost four of my tiny ones. I had the rest of the small ones around my hairline combined in hopes of avoiding more loss.

I lost my first lock. I'm not too blown since it is a tiny one from my right temple, just dead hair. Oh well......

Yes, no worries, you have a nice, healthy thick head of locks, whatever you lose you will get back in no time :)
I just wanted to know how you lost him so I can avoid it if possible.
